Vendor Terms and Conditions:

1. Business License Requirement: All vendors must upload a valid business license during the application process. Failure to provide a business license may result in disqualification from participating as a vendor at Freestyle DrumFest 2024.

2. Limited Availability: Please note that only a limited number of vendors will be accepted for participation at Freestyle DrumFest 2024. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

3. Vending Fee: Upon acceptance as a vendor, applicants agree to pay a vending fee of $100. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid within the specified timeframe provided upon acceptance.

4. Provided Equipment: Each vendor will be provided with one 6ft table and two chairs for their vending space. Additional equipment or furnishings must be provided by the vendor at their own expense.

5. Compliance: Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to their business operations and vending activities at the event.

By submitting an application, vendors acknowledge that they have read and agree to abide by these terms and conditions for participation at Freestyle DrumFest 2024.
