Girls Inc. Drumline Course

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for registering for the Girls, Inc. Drumline Course. Registration is $45 per student. Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve a spot. Enrollment is limited to 20 participants and spaces are filled on a first-paid, first-served basis. Registration is non-transferable without approval from Freestyle Percussion Foundation. Attendance Participants are expected to attend all scheduled classes during the 6-week program. Consistent attendance is important because skills build from week to week. Parents/guardians should notify staff if a participant must miss a session. Refund Policy Refund requests made at least 7 days before the first class will receive a full refund. Refund requests made less than 7 days before the first class will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after the first class begins, except in cases of program cancellation by Freestyle Percussion Foundation. Participant Conduct Participants are expected to: Show respect to instructors, volunteers, staff, and fellow participants. Follow all safety instructions. Demonstrate positive behavior and sportsmanship. Care for all instruments and equipment provided. Freestyle Percussion Foundation reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior creates a safety concern or significantly disrupts the learning environment. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities Ensure participants arrive on time and are picked up promptly. Provide emergency contact information during registration. Inform staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or accommodations needed. Media Release By registering, parents/guardians grant permission for Freestyle Percussion Foundation and Girls, Inc. to photograph or record participants during program activities for educational, promotional, and fundraising purposes unless written notice is provided opting out. Program Changes Freestyle Percussion Foundation reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, or locations when necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes. Assumption of Risk Participation in percussion activities involves physical movement and use of musical equipment. By registering, parents/guardians acknowledge these activities and agree to release Freestyle Percussion Foundation, Girls, Inc., their staff, volunteers, and partners from liability except in cases of gross negligence.
